We continue to build upon our arts and culture division. Currently, this part of the school offering includes a beautiful art expo for Primary School children, a Girls High School fashion show, creative and entertaining plays and music lessons.
The music department began in 2018, with a dedicated music classroom offering students the opportunity to explore music in a way that they might never had had the opportunity to do before. The music room has a wonderful selection of percussion instruments, a drum kit, colourful ukuleles and a state-of-the-art digital keyboard. On a weekly basis, learners take a break from their general studies to enter a world of music. Students learn the various skills in musical performance, theory of music, history of music and general music knowledge. Through play and song, the children learn rhythm and music, enhancing their coordination skills. From as early as Grade 1, children are beginning to learn to read and appreciate music.
